COUPLE’S PORTRAIT SESSION GIVEAWAY

  • Acceptance and Confirmation: Upon selection as a winner, the recipient must confirm their acceptance within 24 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

  • Scheduling and Shoot Date: Winners commit to scheduling the Couple's Portrait Session within the month of April. Failure to arrange a confirmed shoot date before June 10th, 2024 will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

  • Exclusive Promotion: This promotion is exclusively for the Couple's Portrait Session services provided by Syd Coleman Photography. Any attempt to utilize the prize for alternative services or purposes will result in the forfeiture of the winner's selection and the selection of a new recipient.

  • Photography Style and Usage: Winners acknowledge and agree that the Couple's Portrait Session will be conducted in the style characteristic of Syd Coleman Photography. Furthermore, winners consent to the unrestricted use of the resulting photos by Syd Coleman Photography for business and marketing purposes, including online portfolios, social media, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.

  • Restriction on Transfer: Winners are prohibited from giving away, trading, or selling the services won in this giveaway. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the winner's selection, and a new winner will be chosen.

  • Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants release Syd Coleman Photography from any liability related to the Couple's Portrait Session and the use of the resulting photos.

  • Disqualification: Syd Coleman Photography reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the terms and conditions of the giveaway or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

  • Modification or Termination: Syd Coleman Photography reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • Applicable Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.

  • Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
