14. Agreement to terms
By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Changes or Cancellations
Sydney Coleman Photo reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel this giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
12. conduct + Misuse
Sydney Coleman Photo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or otherwise violates the spirit of the giveaway.
11. session use + Promotion
By accepting the giveaway prize, the winner grants Sydney Coleman Photo permission to use photographs from the session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
10. Creative Discretion
Session details, including location, timing, styling guidance, and overall creative direction, remain subject to Sydney Coleman Photo’s artistic and professional discretion.
Sydney Coleman Photo reserves the right to decline any requested concept, styling idea, location, or session request that is unsafe, impractical, outside the scope of the giveaway, or not aligned with the brand or creative direction of the photographer.
9. Cancellations, rescheduling + no-shows
If a session must be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, illness, emergency, or other circumstances deemed reasonable by Sydney Coleman Photo, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session to a mutually agreed-upon date.
If the winner repeatedly fails to coordinate scheduling, cancels with insufficient notice, or does not appear for the scheduled session, Sydney Coleman Photo reserves the right to consider the prize forfeited.
8. ongoing eligibility
Entries remain eligible for up to 3 monthly drawings unless withdrawn. If an entrant is not selected in the current month, their entry may remain eligible for the following 2 monthly drawings unless they request removal by email at sydcolemanphoto@gmail.com.
If an entrant is selected as a winner and does not respond within the required 5-day response period, that entry will no longer remain eligible for any future drawings.
4. Prize
The selected winner will receive one complimentary 1-hour couples session with Sydney Coleman Photo.
The giveaway prize includes:
• 1 ONE HOUr couples portrait session
• photographer’s creative planning and time
• a final curated gallery of approximately 50-75 edited digital images
Final edited images will be delivered according to Sydney Coleman Photo’s standard editing timeline. Delivery timing may vary based on scheduling, season, and workload.
The giveaway includes edited final images only. RAW files and unedited images are not included.
The giveaway prize is valid only for a couples session and may not be transferred, exchanged, applied toward another type of photography session or service, or redeemed for cash or credit. The selected winner must personally participate in the session and may not gift or assign the prize to another person or couple.
3. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected on the 1st of each month from all eligible entries received. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted using the email address provided at entry.
2. Giveaway Entry
Entries must be submitted through the official giveaway form on the Sydney Coleman Photo website. Limit one entry per couple unless otherwise stated.
By entering, the entrant confirms that all participating individuals are aware of and willing to participate in the session if selected.
Entries must include complete and accurate contact information. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be able to participate in a couples session within Sydney Coleman Photo’s service area. Current booked clients of Sydney Coleman Photo are not eligible to win this giveaway. Previous giveaway winners may not be selected again within 12 months of their winning session. Void where prohibited by law.
The giveaway session includes locations within one hour of Sydney Coleman Photo’s standard service area. Requests outside of that area may be considered at Sydney Coleman Photo’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees or other conditions,
Sydney Coleman Photo also reserves the right to decline a requested location for any reason, including but not limited to feasibility, travel constraints, safety concerns, permit requirements, weather conditions, or creative fit.
any location permit fees, parking fees, admission fees, or other location-specific costs, are not included and may be the responsibility of the winner.
6. Travel +additional costs
The selected winner must respond within 5 days of the initial contact email. If the selected winner does not respond within that timeframe, they will be considered to have forfeited the prize, and Sydney Coleman Photo reserves the right to select a new winner.
Any remaining eligibility for future monthly drawings will also be forfeited at that time.
7. Winner Response Deadline
The session date, time, and location are subject to photographer availability.
The session must be scheduling within 30 days of prize acceptance and take place within 90 days of prize acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
